“I first contacted Sarah regarding a tiara / head piece for my wedding in early 2011 and from the word go, Sarah really impressed with her fantastic communication skills – always getting back to me straight away and sending me loads of ideas for my tiara and examples of broaches, as well as her endless patience - which was needed considering how often I changed my mind about the final look of my tiara! Sarah always enthusiastically took my requests on board and within a short space of time had altered my tiara to fit my new specifications (NB: the amendments were down to me changing my mind – being the indecisive person that I am, rather than the tiara not being as I requested). Sarah made it a really enjoyable experience, was so friendly and obliging and genuinely wanted me to be 100% happy with the final product and would do whatever she could to make this possible.
