T&C, Deliveries & Returns Policy
DELIVERY
For peace of mind we always send 1st Class Special Delivery via Royal Mail. This means we have proof of postage, online tracking, insurance and with a signature on deliver we know you will have received your beautiful pieces safely.
Our postage costing is per order, NOT per item. Costing £5.99 for UK orders and £15.99 outside of the UK.
If the item you have bought is a piece already made, we aim to send it the same day if the order is placed before 2pm.
On items to order, this can take up to two to three weeks in the UK depending on the item(s) that needs to be made. Three to four weeks outside the UK. This is not including shipping time.
If you are buying a mix of both ready made and made to order items, these will come in one shipping when the made to order item(s) is/are ready. If you would like the ready made item(s) sent straight away we suggest you place your orders separately.
RETURNS POLICY
We are quite sure you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, here are our returns policies.
On purchased ready made pieces, a 14 day refund policy applies. Please return the item in the same condition as purchased and in the same packaging with your receipt along with your contact details. This must be sent within the 14 day period. All returns must be sent Registered Post to; Bespoke Tiaras by Sarah Roberts, 17 Burnt Ash Road, Lee, London, SE12 8RG.
Any items lost in the post on the way back to us are your responsibility and to be taken up with the post office. This is why we ask you use Registered Post. As soon as we receive your item we will contact you to complete your refund.
Please note it is the item we refund, there is no refund on the postage & packing.
On any bespoke piece made especially for you, Bespoke tiaras by Sarah Roberts do not offer refunds or exchanges but Sarah will alter your piece until you are truly happy.
The 50% deposit taken at the beginning of a Bespoke piece being made is a non-refundable deposit, even in the event of you decide not to continue to the end for any reason.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
